Ma se \u00e8 vero che il menu pre-partita lascia poco spazio alla fantasia, ci siamo chiesti: cosa amano mangiare le nostre campionesse? E ancor di pi\u00f9: cosa amano cucinare nei giorni in cui sono concessi strappi alla regola? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ecco a voi, allora, la prima puntata di Futsal Kitchen, uno spazio per gli amanti del calcio a 5 non convenzionale. Il punto di vista \u00e8 quello dei fornelli, ma la stoffa \u00e8 sempre quella delle campionesse… anche in cucina! Non perdetevi la prima puntata con il difensore del Portos, Fabiana Pastorini<\/strong>, che ci sveler\u00e0 tutti i segreti per una perfetta \u201czuppetta di pesce con crostini\u201d.<\/p>\n

Prima, per\u00f2, quattro chiacchiere con lei.<\/p>\n

\u201cHo scelto questo piatto perch\u00e8 ricorda le origini: Napoli, il mare, gli scogli. Mi piacciono tanto i piatti con i sapori del mare. Ogni volta che lo cucino cerco di avere un pensiero positivo affinch\u00e8 questo amore arrivi al cibo e alle persone che lo mangeranno\u201d. Una ricetta tramandata direttamente dallo zio. \u201cMe l\u2019ha insegnato lui, lo prepariamo il 24 dicembre prima di aprire la cena di Natale, quest\u2019anno l\u2019ho servito a Cecilia Nobilio e Giorgia Verzulli per la notte di Capodano, adesso – invece \u2013 tocca a voi di Any Given Sunday\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“Zuppetta di pesce con crostini<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Difficolt\u00e0: bassa
\nPreparazione: 40
\nCottura: 30
\nDosi: per 6 persone
\nCosto del piatto: \u20ac 30<\/p>\n

Ingredienti<\/strong>:
\n1kg di cozze
\n500g vongole o lupini
\n600g di gamberi grandi
\n600g di panocchie
\n2 barattoli di pomodorini
\n1 pezzo di pane<\/p>\n

Preparazione<\/strong>: Nella prima pentola mettere le cozze gi\u00e0 pulite con un filo d’olio. Fuoco alto e coperchio, aspettare che si aprano. Nella seconda pentola con un filo d’olio far aprile le vongole. Nell’ultima pentola olio aglio e peperoncino per far soffriggere i gamberi, a met\u00e0 cottura sfumare i gamberi con una spruzzata di vino bianco. Aggiungere a fine cottura il contenuto delle altre pentole. Spostiamo il contenuto tutto su un lato e aggiungiamo nel lato vuoto i pomodorini e aggiungendo sale quanto basta; lasciamo cuocere a fiamma medio\/bassa x 15\/20 minuti.<\/p>\n

Per i crostini<\/strong>: Tagliare a cubetti il pane e metterli in una teglia nel forno a 180\u00b0 per 10 minuti circa (fin quando non diventano croccanti). A piatto finito, si pu\u00f2 aggiungere una spolverata di prezzemolo.<\/p>\n
