Torna la seconda edizione di Futsal Kitchen<\/strong>, con il difensore dello Stone Five Fasano che ci porta oltreoceano con un piatto insegnatole da Marina Belam
\nCalcettiste e cucina? L\u2019anno scorso vi abbiamo dimostrato che il connubio funziona inaugurando \u2013 su suggerimento dei nostri follower – la rubrica \u201cFutsal Kitchen\u201d. Da oggi l\u2019appuntamento periodico portando, sulle tavole di chi vorr\u00e0 imitarle, le ricette delle nostre beniamine della Serie A d\u2019elite. La seconda edizione riparte dunque da Lucy Campanile<\/strong>, difensore di uno Stone Five Fasano in forte ascesa, che ci presenta un piatto tutto da gustare: lo Strogonoff<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cE\u2019 stata la prima ricetta non italiana che ho fatto. Ogni volta che la preparo penso a mio fratello che a distanza di anni crede ancora che io sia negata in cucina solo perch\u00e9 anni fa gli cucinai tortellini con la panna dolce \u2013 scherza Campanile. – Mi \u00e8 stata insegnata dalla mia compagna di squadra Marina Belam, in un momento di \u201csaudade\u201d. Per farla star meglio, mettemmo su una giornata brasiliana a base di Strogonoff, brigadero (dolce brasiliano) e musica funky portoghese\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

NOME: Strogonoff<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTI:<\/strong>
\n4 petti pollo
\n3 tazzine di riso
\n350 gr funghi champignon
\n200 gr panna da cucina
\nMostarda
\nKetchup (il doppio della mostarda)
\nOlio, sale e pepe
\nPatatine stick
\nDIFFICOLT\u00c0:<\/strong> media
\nPREPARAZIONE:<\/strong> 30 min
\nCOTTURA:<\/strong> 20 min per il riso, 15-20 min per funghi e pollo
\nDOSI:<\/strong> per 3 persone
\nCOSTO:<\/strong> 10\u20ac<\/p>\n

DESCRIZIONE:<\/strong>
\nIn una casseruola cucinare il risotto in bianco (servir\u00e0 da contorno al piatto unico).
\nMentre cuoce il riso tagliare a tocchetti il pollo e metterlo a cuocere con olio, sale e pepe in una pentola grande. Nel frattempo far cuocere in padella i funghi (lavati e tagliati a fette) con un po’ di olio sale e pepe. Una volta cotti unirli al pollo. Aggiungerci il ketchup, mostarda e la panna da cucina mescolando sul fuoco con un cucchiaio di legno. Se avete la possibilit\u00e0 consultatevi con un brasiliano\/a che vi dar\u00e0 l’ok sul colore esatto del piatto (roseo). Amalgamare per 6-7 minuti, spegnere il fuoco e far riposare per 10 min.
\nQuindi servire nello stesso piatto piano: la salsina di pollo e funghi, il riso in bianco e le patatine stick.
