Per noi si e messa ai fornelli e ha preparato una delle specialit\u00e0 della sua terra: <strong>la paella<\/strong>! E&#8217; la stessa Bea che ci insegna questa squisita ricetta. Eccola di seguito.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-10135-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/www.anygivensunday.it\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/bea_martin.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anygivensunday.it\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/bea_martin.mp4\">http:\/\/www.anygivensunday.it\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/bea_martin.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PAELLA CON POLLO E GAMBERONI<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Costo: medio<br \/>\n\u2022Tempo: 50 minuti<br \/>\n\u2022Difficolt\u00e0: media<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong> per 4 persone<\/p>\n<p>-280 g di riso carnaroli o vialone nano<br \/>\n-4 sovra-cosce di pollo<br \/>\n-6 gamberoni<br \/>\n-1 tazza di piselli freschi o surgelati<br \/>\n-1 cipolla dorata<br \/>\n-100 g di salame piccante<br \/>\n-1 bustina di zafferano<br \/>\n-Peperoncino<br \/>\n-Paprica<br \/>\n-800 ml di brodo di pollo o vegetale<br \/>\n-1 limone<br \/>\n-Olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\n-Sale<br \/>\n-Pepe<\/p>\n<p>PREPARAZIONE<\/p>\n<p>1-FATE DORARE in una grande padella le sovra-cosce di pollo con un filo d&#8217;olio, rigirandole per farle dorare\u00a0in modo uniforme. Trasferitele su una placca da forno, conditele con sale, pepe e paprica e infornatele a 200\u00b0C per circa 30 minuti, senza mai girarle: sono cotte quando la carne si stacca dalle ossa e la superficie \u00e8 dorata.<\/p>\n<p>2-PREPARATE INTANTO la paella. Scottate per 2 minuti i piselli in acqua bollente salata e teneteli da parte. Sciogliete lo zafferano in un mestolino di brodo caldo e tenetelo da parte.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.anygivensunday.it\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-20160508.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10137 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.anygivensunday.it\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-20160508-1024x702.jpg\" alt=\"Paella - Bea Martin\" width=\"615\" height=\"422\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3-SGUSCIATE 2 GAMBERONI. Tenete da parte le code, sciacquate teste e gusci e metteteli nella padella con un filo d&#8217;olio, il salame a dadini, un pizzico di peperoncino e la cipolla, sbucciata e tritata. Fate rosolare per qualche minuto, poi eliminate gusci e teste e versate il riso. Insaporitelo nel condimento, unite i piselli, versate il brodo caldo, anche quello con lo zafferano, mescolate e portate a cottura in 15-18 minuti, senza rigirare gli ingredienti, a fiamma media.<\/p>\n<p>4-TAGLIATE CON LE FORBICI il guscio dei gamberoni interi rimasti. Saltateli in una padella con un filo d&#8217;olio e un pizzico di paprica per 2-3 minuti, pepateli e spegnete. Tagliate a pezzettini e unite anche le code tenute da parte. Uniteli al riso, mescolate, regolate di sale e tenete sul fuoco ancora qualche istante: il fondo di cottura deve essere asciutto. Completate la paella con i gamberoni saltati, il pollo arrosto e servite accompagnando con spicchi di limone.<\/p>\n<p>Un piatto unico, adatto per un pranzo o per una cena con gli amici.
